Shipping policy

Tableware By Luxury currently delivers to addresses within Australia.

Delivery areas

We ship to Australian states and territories where a valid delivery rate is available at checkout. At present, the online store is configured for Australian delivery only.

Shipping services and costs

Shipping services are provided through Australia Post and other available carrier services. The available method and charge depend on the products in your cart, delivery postcode and carrier availability.

Enter your delivery address or postcode at cart or checkout to view the available shipping rate before payment. If no rate appears for a valid Australian address, contact us before placing the order.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote locations, peak periods, severe weather and carrier disruptions can take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link or number will be emailed after the order is dispatched. Tracking information can take a short time to become active.

Delivery and address accuracy

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Signature or authority-to-leave arrangements depend on the carrier and service selected.

Local pickup

If local pickup is offered at checkout, wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready and follow the collection location and hours shown in that message. Please do not attend before receiving the ready-for-pickup notification.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has stopped updating, a parcel is significantly delayed, or an order arrives damaged, email orders@tablewarebyluxury.com.au or use our Contact Us page. Include your order number and, for damage, photographs of the parcel and product where possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will provide the remedy and return arrangements required under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for details.
